2026 Lorain International Princess Pageant Applications are officially LIVE!

The application form will remain open until February 27th, 2026.

Princesses must be:
-At least 16 years of age or completing their junior year of high school by June 25, 2026, and no older than 24 years of age by the June 25, 2026.
- Live in Lorain County, or all of the city of Vermilion
- Never have been married, pregnant, or have had a child
- Returning princesses will be eligible for Queen and Court.
- Must be able to commit to pageant events, activities, and practices from the orientation date in March through June 28, 2026.
- If selected for Queen and Court, the commitment extends until June 30th, 2027.

Our Queen and Court have the opportunity to travel as representatives of the Lorain International Festival to other Ohio Festivals near and far promoting our unique festival, Lorain's immigrant and melting pot heritage, and our wonderful City on the Lake!

A Non-Profit sponsor will need to be secured by the princess and her family. The $75 sponsor fee covers our activities and pageant supplies.

We hope everyone had an amazing holiday season! And now it's time! Registrations for the 2026 National Puerto Rican Day Parade will open on February 1st, 2026 and will close on April 30th OR UNTIL SPOTS ARE SOLD OUT! Make your plans early, gather your people, and get ready for the Largest Cultural Celebration in America! The Parade will be held on Sunday June 14th! Registrations will open on our website at www.nprdpinc.org.

Hello everyone, Esencia Boricua Cultural de Lorain had the pleasure of dancing at Frank Jacinto Elementary School the former employer of our groups founder as we all know the late Rosie Garcia on Tuesday 10/14/2025. Along with staff, children and their families we had the honor of having her husband Raul’s presence it was definitely an emotional moment for us all. We had a great time as usual dancing for them so we would love to take this opportunity to thank Frank Jacinto Elementary School their wonderful staff and Principle for the invitation and we hope we can continue to perform and share our culture with you all as we have since we started. 🙏🏼
