Important Announcement Regarding Unauthorized Ticket Sales at The Roxy Theater
We want to address inquiries regarding a performance by Carvin Jones scheduled for July 26th at The Roxy Theater. We were recently notified that tickets were being sold on his website for an event at our Theater; however, this event will not be taking place at The Roxy Theater.
Unfortunately, standard venue rental procedures were not followed, and no communication or rental agreement was established with our management before tickets were put on sale. Because the space was never reserved or secured, we cannot host this performance.
Please note the following important details for ticket holders:
Refunds:
All ticket sales were handled independently through Carvin Jones’ personal website. The Roxy Theater did not process these transactions and cannot issue refunds. Please contact his official ticketing channel directly to request your refund.

The Roxy Theater remains committed to providing a properly managed and safe environment for all artists and patrons. We appreciate your understanding as we uphold our standard booking policies.
