Every other month at the Columbian Artists Association we have a "Challenge Theme." The idea is to do something that is a bit beyond your skills, and work on something that would be a challenge to you.
The November theme was Red on Red. The artist may have found how to keep a red color red and not look pink in the highlights, or even the challenge of the highlights and shadows, depth perception etc.
Columbian Artists Association meets on the First Tuesday, 10:00 to 12:00 every month at the St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Longview WA. Please join us.
