The October 1 Longview ArtWalk is just around the corner and we're excited to unveil the fall poster, featuring artwork by the talented Ruby Westmoreland – Nupoet Art!

You'll be able to see Ruby's artwork, along with many other artists and makers, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. October 1 in Downtown Longview. Featured music will be Team Lunch performing in the Sculpture Garden. 🎸

We're proud to announce that Sandi Taylor, Vickie Echols, and Angela Wright — the founders of ArtsView Children’s Theatre — will receive the 2027 Arts!Longview Lifetime Achievement Award for Artistic Excellence at Arts!Longview Honors 2027!

Since its founding in 2004, ArtsView has given thousands of children the opportunity to discover the magic of theatre, cultivate their creativity, find their voice, and develop a lifelong love of the performing arts. 🎭

That legacy began with the vision and leadership of Sandi, Vickie, and Angela, who recognized a need for more opportunities for young people to participate in live theatre and worked to make that vision a reality.

More than 20 years later, their impact can be seen in generations of young performers, artists, families, and audiences whose lives have been touched by ArtsView Children's Theatre.

We can't wait to celebrate these three incredible women and the lasting mark they have made on Longview's arts community! ❤️

Creativity + Connection! Check out the latest additions to the Free Little Art Gallery from our friends at New Rhythms Therapeutic Center 🎨

A little creativity. A little connection. A simple reminder that someone cares. 💙

One of our counselors, Melanie, recently led our team in a therapeutic art activity, creating handmade worry stones—small keepsakes that can serve as grounding tools during moments of stress or overwhelm. Once they were finished, we donated them to the Free Little Art Library across the street from our office in Downtown Longview TX for others in our community to discover.

We love finding small ways to extend care beyond the counseling room. Whether someone keeps one in their pocket, on their desk, or simply smiles when they find it, we hope these tiny reminders bring a moment of comfort to someone's day.

From paintings, pottery, and photography to local authors, musicians, jewelry and craft makers, and bakers, we’ve got local artisans who will be displaying and selling unique, one of a kind items.
