We're ready for YOU!! Tomorrow morning is the BIG DAY. It's the BEST SATURDAY MORNING of the YEAR. We can't wait to see all those smilin' faces & tails waggin' for our 2026 Strut your Mutt 1 Mile Wag Walk.

VENDORS:
We will CLOSE the PARKING LOT at 8:30 AM- all supplies, equipment and tents will need to be dropped and vehicles moved to the Vendor/Volunteer lot across from Sonic by then. If you have big items to maneuver, please plan accordingly. Vendors need to be ready to go by 9 AM. If you have questions, please reference your Vendor set-up email.
WALKERS and SUPPORTERS:
LOCATION: 303 HG Mosley Pkwy, 75604. The walk is 3 large laps around the facility. You will have the ability to stop and go as you or your pup please. Water available throughout the parking lot. PET- FRIENDLY FOAM PARTY is at the END of LAP 3.
REGISTRATION: 9:30 AM (no need to come super early) -
Registration Start Time; 10 AM- Walk Start. Registration tables will be located in front of the shelter under the awning, right of the Adoption Lobby doors. If you're pre-registered you ONLY need to check in IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP your shirt/bandanna early. If you already have your Dog Bandanna, you are good to go!!! NOTE:
ACTIVITIES: 40+ Dog-Loving Vendors, DJ Frazier, The Blooming MUTT Flower Cart & Planting Station, MUTT-Mosa's/Beer/Seltzers, Free Face Painting & Friendship Bracelet Station, Pet-Friendly Foam Party w/ The ETX Party People & SO MUCH MORE.
SAME DAY SIGN-UP is available starting at 9:30 AM- $30 fee- Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay accepted.
PARKING: There will be parking next to our facility in the Longview Bingo Center's lot, limited street parking on Pecos Street, Pecos Court and then across the HG Mosley/Cotton corner at Grainger, Elliott Electric, Longview Storage Warehouse parking lots. PLEASE DO NOT PARK in CenterPointe Energy, Creature Comforts or Sonic's lots- they are open for business. We will have parking attendants and signs to help identify areas, golf carts available if you need help getting from lot to lot. Also, we will have a small portion of LACAC's drive on the HG Mosley side available for turn-in to pull up, drop off passengers/dogs. Please be careful in crossing HG Mosley- we cannot block traffic on this main thoroughfare. We're here to help so please find a volunteer or staff member if you need assistance.
