RULES

- first come, first serve
- all tattoos will be pre-printed and limited to a select sizes (max being 3 inches)
- no modifications (i wanna tattoo as many people as i can!)
- limbs only (arms and legs duh)
- must be willing to sacrifice your skin to look cooler than everyone this summer

Alvaro came to me with a vision of capturing Jiraiya’s final moments, intertwined with the memories and emotions he may have reflected on with Naruto in his last breaths, & bringing it to life is something I couldn’t be happier about 🀝
