Longview Jack M. Mann Splash Pad The splash pads are open from the 1st weekend in April to the last weekend in October from Thursday The Longview Jack M.

Mann Splash Pad opened in June, 2012 to honor a local hero and his dedication to the children in our community. The facility has over 10,000 square feet, restrooms, pavilions and lots of water fun! Funding is still needed to continue adding features to this site, visit our website to learn how you can help!
