Kirsty opened Blackbird ink in 2017 with the goal of creating a more welcoming tattoo shop environment for both client and artist. She brings an expectation of kindness to both the shop as a whole and each individual client interaction.
With 11 years of tattoo experience, an art school background, and a tattoo award under her belt, Kirsty can handle most projects.
Kirsty specializes in both color and black & gray illustrative tattoos.She excels in subject matter including, wildlife, botanicals, and anything whimsical. She especially loves tattooing birds.

Our shop owner Kirsty’s ..✨ K I R S T Y Y O R K ✨.. books are officially open for Halloween tattoo ideas ONLY !!!
Don’t worry she is still opening her books to all new inquiries soonish (keep an eye out for that announcement later!) but she’s about to book October and I would love to fill it with nothing but Halloween themed tattoos!
Every year she draws Halloween flash but because she books months ahead of time she usually doesn’t get to tattoo them until late winter. This year she’s being proactive and asking for your spookiest tattoo ideas ahead of time!

Huzzah!!! Blackbird ye olde Tattoo Flash Drop!!!!! 🎉
What says merriment more than Ren Faire themed tattoo flash!
Each individual artist is tagged with their flash pieces.
Our artists do their own booking, so! If you are interested in a flash piece send a DM to the artist whose flash you would like to book.
Please keep in mind that each of our artists schedules vary, so if you would like to book flash with multiple artists you will have to do so separately.
