We had DOUBLE the fun this past week as we ran TWO camps! These kids explored all things Cute & Cuddly making animal sculptures , BIG paintings, silly creatures and lots more. Of course lots of games were played and loom bracelets were made! Can apparently never get enough of those! So lucky to have this great space to create in just a few blocks away!

This week would not be possible without our amazing group of teachers working so hard to bring art and all around joy to both these groups last week. We always pass on notes from parents to our teachers so send them along and I know it will brighten their day 😀

We finished Playhouse Week Round 2 in the studio this week with the most incredible creations the kids can’t stop playing with! We painted walls, tiled roofs, glued wallpaper and of course built furniture out of an endless amount of cardboard , recycled bits, fabric and more !

Something about these houses sitting right under the plans above just made me stop today. These kids are living my dream as a 7 year old little girl. I LOVED creating little houses and dioramas and I even remember a book that taught you how to make furniture out of the most random caps, corks and sponges. Is this anyone else ? 😬

Feeling so lucky to work every day trying to create the space I would have wanted to spend all of my days as a kid. If your child LOVES to create too, I hope you check us out sometime soon :)

What a fun and inventive week we had at the Art Strong Inventors Lab! We created so many fun projects, inventions, and games using plaster, paint, cardboard, glitter, clay, and of course our favorite; IMAGINATION!

Our camps are now completely full for the rest of the Summer but we have two more day camps before school starts (Sept. 8&9) in addition to our afterschool programs, toddler, and baby classes!
