Why do clients complain about nail shop prices after payment has been made?
To avoid confusion, follow these simple steps:

1. Schedule an appointment or walk in.
2. Clearly specify the services you want, including nail length, type, and design.
3. Confirm pricing before services begin.
4. If the price is agreeable, proceed; otherwise, thank the technician for their time and consider alternative options. 5. If changes are made during preparation, inquire about potential additional costs.
6. Communicate any design changes before painting begins.
7. Speak up if you're unhappy with the service.
8. Note that each nail technician has unique skills and pricing, and we're committed to delivering excellent service.
