Minutes before midnight on December 8th CATAPULT founder gave a stirring speech to Mayor Robert Garcia and the Long Beach City Council on the future of live music and how city officials can support.
We are excited to share the speech in it's entirety so you get an idea of the things what we have in store for the city!
