What you seek is already within you!! I ask what are you seeking today? Are you seeking love? Are you seeking a better job? For me I have been seeking for my true and authentic voice, the one that guides me through the eyes of love always. Its not always easy, as there are moments that I am faced with obstacles that seem undoubtedly challenging on my mental health. I realize in those moments of seeking for love or intimacy I am seeking it in all the wrong places therefore what is showing up for me isn’t authentic or real love at all. This is because I’m not showing up for myself in an authentic way, because if I were then I would realize that I am enough and that the love I seek is within already. Or the new job your searching for is already within as well. It just takes courage to step outside of that space and act upon what you truly want and desire. If we seek our souls cravings in others or through what others feel or say we should do for ourself and this can lead to living others dreams and lives. We are born authentic and loved as we know nothing else. Remember that innocent inner child and let them know they are loved often. For having love for oneself will always make the seeking seem less daunting. 💕 Disclaimer: I too struggle in moments as I am on the same journey as you are all on. I choose to go within during tough moments and remember that I am strong, loved, capable, worthy and so much more... as are all of you. I hope my words find you well and am grateful for being alive today. ✨

POWERFUL: the word for the day.. words have the ability to create positive and negative experiences in people. How do you feel when you are in your power? What makes you feel powerful? For me the most powerful thing are my words. How I choose to talk not only to myself and to others can influence the mood of any situation. I choose power for good. I believe that we all have the power to choose positive in all aspects of life. 👑
