i knew a year (and 3 days) ago, in some divine way, that i had met my best friend. the person i would ever feel comfortable, safe, happy with.
i tempered myself to not be slaphappy, but every passing day was just another reason to stop fighting the inevitable truth that you are more than anything i could have asked or dared to hope for.
i’m so grateful to have spent this last year loving you ❤️ they say it’s not supposed to be easy, but in our case, i’d dare to disagree 😜
(and i still owe you a game of mariokart 😝)
