Fall in the Eastern Sierra is something special 🍂

I had so much fun taking in all these beautiful colors around South Lake, up Bishop Creek Canyon—and the final views were captured just outside Big Pine. Golden aspens, mountain scenery, and those little details that make you want to stop and take it all in. I could photograph fall colors all day!

🎃✨ THIS FRIDAY—LET’S MAKE A NIGHT OF IT! ✨🎃

I’m so excited for our Boo Basket Exchange, and I’d love to see more women join us! Whether you’re a mom, bringing a friend, or just looking for a fun night out, you’re invited. 💕

I’ll have the studio all set up with a Halloween-themed set up, and everyone will get a photo with their basket! We’ll exchange baskets, catch up, chat, take pictures, and enjoy a fun evening together.

It’s also a chance to share your ideas with me! I’d love to hear what kinds of photo shoots you’d like to see more of from Destiny’s Magical Moments, or what you’d enjoy as a mom or woman in our community. Your ideas can help inspire future sessions and events. 📸

👻 Costumes and Halloween outfits are welcome—but wear whatever makes you feel good!

The entry fee is $20. Please also bring one filled basket with goodies valued at $20 or more. The basket is separate from the entry fee so we can keep the exchange fair for everyone.

🎅✨ PHOTOS WITH SANTA IS COMING BACK! ✨🎅

We’re excited to bring back our Photos with Santa event for the second year in a row! Last year was made special by the amazing volunteers and collaborators who helped make the day magical, and we’d love to bring that same wonderful energy back this year.

We’re looking for volunteers and potential collaborators! This year’s theme will be Candy Cane Lane / Candy Land, and we have limited space, so any collaborative setup would need to be small and fit the theme.

If you’re interested in collaborating, please message me with what you’d like to bring or offer. I’ll review each idea and let you know whether it’ll work for the event and the space we have available. We can’t promise we’ll be able to fit every idea, but we’d love to hear what you have in mind!

We’ll have our coloring station again, and we’re hoping to add even more fun this year. The heart of the event will stay the same: each child will receive a free toy, a free book, and a free photo with Santa. 🎁📚📸

We may also have some new collaborators offering adults a chance to shop while the kids enjoy the festivities.

Lone Pine Film Festival Day Two was packed with little moments worth stopping for! 🍂🎬

I was there with my Destiny’s Magical Moments vendor booth, camera in hand, capturing the fun: homemade jewelry, Sentsys, handmade soaps, happy dogs, face painting, kids creating art in the park, and incredible dancing. The hoop dance was amazing, and the girls brought so much joy to the stage! ✨

And don’t forget to come see us tomorrow for the festival’s final day! We’ll be at our booth until 1 PM, and everything will be on sale. Come say hi and shop before we pack up! 🛍️
