Things were simpler back then.

There was a clear understanding of the world.

We didn't need complicated conversations to understand the basics.

Common sense used to be the foundation of our daily lives.

Now, it feels like we are constantly overcomplicating things that used to be second nature.

Sometimes I miss the clarity of that era.

The media tried to turn the horrific stabbing of Austin Metcalf into a pathetic racial sob story for the killer. A 35 year sentence is an absolute joke, Karmelo Anthony belonged in a cage for life, and anyone defending him is completely sick in the head.

We used to celebrate the beauty of fair competition.

Everything felt simple when we played by the rules.

Now, it feels like we are losing sight of what is real.

Protecting the integrity of the sport is not about hate.

It is about preserving fairness for every girl on the track.

We have to be brave enough to speak the truth out loud.
