🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

25 years ago today, our country experienced a darkness that changed us forever. Nearly 3,000 lives were taken, families were shattered, and countless heroes ran toward danger while everyone else was trying to escape it.

Today isn't about politics or what divides us. It's about remembering the innocent lives lost, honoring the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage—and remembering how, in the days that followed, we stood together as one nation.

May we never forget the lives that were lost.

May we never forget the heroes who sacrificed everything.

And may we never forget how precious every ordinary day truly is.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸❤️

Listen, I try really hard to be fair and cool about things. Like not always taking deposits and just giving people appointments. I know sometimes I am even late for appointments, but one thing I try to do is communicate with a client if I am to be late. Please, if you set an appointment with me, or Aaron, please communicate with us and let us know if your plans change. There is no harm and no foul in doing so......What harm is caused by this is when we turn down several other people because of your appointment and you just don't contact and inform us. This is our job and this is how we pay our bills. Be mindful. Please and thank you. How would you feel if you just showed up at whatever jobsite you worked at and the whole company was just gone, no notice, nothing? Just saying guys, I will 100% have more respect if you communicate plans changing. If I start 100% taking deposits on everyone again, its because of clients doing this. 😔
