FINAL LCT DINNER THEATER PERFORMANCE OF "BLOOMING CACTUS" ON SUNDAY 5/24! FINAL SHOW TOO!

If you haven't seen LCT's comedy production of "Blooming Cactus," you have one more chance to see it as a matinee dinner theater performance at The Mission Club on Sunday, May 24! Doors open at 12:30. Reservations are due by TUESDAY 5/19 (though it's possible that later reservations may be accepted). ‼️‼️TODAY AUDITIONS...AUDITIONS TODAY ‼️‼️
Today we have open AUDITIONS Friday March 6th 7 pm to 8:30 pm for our next production. Blooming Cactus by Sally Jane Kerschen-Sheppard.

A farcical comedy about Gran and her friends at the Blooming Cactus Independent Living Center who welcome her grandson Joey to join their side business of smuggling prescription medications across the border for their neighbors.

We are looking to cast 6 people.
Gran & Jean – both F, 60’s-70’s
Denny – M, 60’s-70’s
Joey – M, 18-early 20’s
Bruce – M, 40’s-early 50’s
Marsha – F, 40’s-early 50’s

Performances will be in May. We hope to see you at AUDITIONS today.

Please join LCT for a table read of "Underdog: The Other, Other Brontë" by Sarah Gordon. This new play is an irreverent retelling of the life and legend of the Brontë sisters, and the story of the sibling power dynamics that shaped their uneven rise to fame. Multiple roles, including non-gender specific. Tomorrow Night, Monday.

We will have a table read of "Blooming Cactus" tonight at 7:00 pm at Stone Pine Hall. This is a show that we're seriously considering for our next LCT production.

The show is about three residents (two women and a man) of a retirement community in the American Southwest. One of the women has a grandson who doesn't get along well with his parents comes to spend the summer with her and gets involved with her over-the-top over-the-border adventures. His rather clueless parents decide to come for a visit...
