We are now open for 1 last night. Tomorrow take down begins.

We are taking the night off and staying covered up. Plan is to open up as soon as the Bears game ends tomorrow for one last night as long as the weather is dry.

Well unfortunately rain came early and forced us to shut down for the night. Going to try and open Saturday and Sunday nights as long as the weather stays dry.

Tonight was still our biggest crowd ever. Looking at how little Fritos and candy we have left (everything else we ran out of), and just what we saw with our eyes we estimate about 1000 to 1100 people tonight before that rain hit.

For the cars still pulling up and people still out And about, come up to the front door and help us get rid of the limited leftovers.

And even though we saw hundreds of people vote tonight we could still use more. We have never finished in the top 3 in Lombard and really want to change that. So vote house # 14. 239 e Sunset Ave!

So glad the wind calmed down and we were able to open tonight and saw a lot of people out there tonight. Sorry didn't get to come outside and meet you all as we were busy inside prepping all the treats for Halloween.

And a special thank you to Concord's Creepers for the cute duck left on the bar scene.

Wind has calmed down just enough that we are getting the animatronics back to work. No fog and a few small items still refuse to come back out but most everything is going

Unfortunately the animatronics have gone on strike tonight refusing to work in the wind. Couple repairs have already been made today and a couple items that needed to seek refuge indoors even.

Weather is nice and we are fully open. Feel free to park on the street, get out and walk the sidewalk then up the driveway all the way up to the front door to be able to see everything.

And of course as a proud member of Chicago Haunt Builders I have cards in a brochure box attached to the fence you can take for free and scan barcode on the card to load our over 400 houses right into Google maps for easily finding houses to visit around all of Chicagoland including several here in Lombard and many more in surrounding towns.
