Loganville Dance Theatre is excited to announce Community Auditions for our 2026 production of The Nutcracker Suite: Clara's Christmas Dream.

Whether you've always dreamed of dancing in The Nutcracker or are looking for a meaningful performance opportunity this holiday season, we'd love to welcome you!

This year's production will feature beautiful classical ballet, exciting character roles, and opportunities for dancers to perform alongside the Loganville Dance Theatre Company in a heartwarming retelling of Clara's Christmas dream.

At Loganville Dance Theatre, we believe dance is about more than performance. It is an opportunity to grow in artistry, build meaningful friendships, and use the gifts God has given us to inspire, encourage, and tell meaningful stories through dance.

✨ A Week We'll Never Forget... ✨

This July, we had the incredible privilege of welcoming the beautiful Katherine Gant to Loganville Dance Theatre as she set her original contemporary work, Silver Boxes, on our company dancers.

There are some works that are simply danced... and then there are works that leave a lasting imprint on your heart.

Silver Boxes is one of those pieces.

Through her artistry, thoughtful teaching, and genuine love for each dancer, Katherine created so much more than choreography. She invited our dancers into a meaningful process of storytelling, vulnerability, and artistic growth that we know will stay with them long after the final curtain falls.

One of my greatest desires is to expose our dancers to a variety of gifted choreographers and artistic voices, and this week was a beautiful reminder of how each artist can uniquely invest in the lives of our dancers.

Watching our dancers embrace this work with open hearts was such a gift, and we cannot wait for our audiences to experience this beautiful piece during our Spring 2027 Production.

Miss Katherine, thank you for sharing your gifts so generously with our company. Thank you for believing in these dancers, challenging them to grow, and creating a work that is both beautiful and deeply meaningful. We are incredibly grateful for the time you invested in our dancers and for the heart you poured into every rehearsal.

As we continue preparing this work throughout the season, our prayer is that we would live out the message found in Ephesians 4:29:

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

May we be people whose words encourage, strengthen, and point others toward hope.

With grateful hearts, we are beyond excited to introduce our 2026/2027 Loganville Dance Theatre Company! 💜

This incredible group of dancers has committed to a season of growth, excellence, service, and meaningful storytelling through the art of dance. Together, we'll spend the coming year training, creating, serving our community, and using the gifts God has given us to inspire, encourage, and tell stories that move hearts.

✨ And so it begins... ✨

What an incredible week kicking off our 2026/2027 Loganville Dance Theatre season! 🤍

We had the absolute privilege of welcoming the incredibly gifted Katherine Gant all the way from Tennessee as she set her breathtaking contemporary work, Silver Boxes. This piece is powerful, moving, and filled with beauty and purpose. It is truly a work that you will not want to miss this spring.

At the same time, our dancers began bringing another beloved story to life as we started choreography for The Nutcracker Suite: Clara's Christmas Dream! Watching these young artists step into their roles and begin creating together has been such a joy.

We are incredibly proud of these beautiful dancers—not just for their talent, but for their teachable hearts, hard work, and the way they encourage one another. This is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to see how the Lord unfolds each story throughout this season.

Here's to a year of artistry, growth, friendship, and using our gifts to glorify Him. 💜

Our Theatre Company dancers took the stage last night giving a sneak peak of our upcoming performance at Grayson Elementary's Culture Night. They performed the 1st movement of Metanoia, choreographed by Riley Bryson.
We were missing one of our beloved dancers for this sneak peak due to a prior engagement. (We missed you Evelyn!!!)

Great job to all the performers last night representing their cultures! What a beautiful celebration of so many nations!

And, thank you GES for having us back!

And, we are so proud of you LDT Company dancers! Cannot wait to see the whole show together!
