With just 19 Days till Fair here's some other important things going on:
Friday Sept.11th 2026

8:30am -4pm -Jr Fair Booth set up -Youth Center
9am -5 pm -Commercial Booths Set up - Art Hall / Grandstand

Saturday Sept. 12th 2026
9am -5 pm - Commercial Booths Set up - Art Hall / Grandstand

10am -4pm - Jr Fair Booth set up - Youth Center

Sunday Sept. 13th 2026

9am -Kiddie - Tractor Pull - Grandstand

9am-4pm - Commercial Booths set Up - Art Hall / Grandstand (must be completed by 4pm)

10am-3pm - Jr Fair Booth Judging - Youth Center Closed

11 am - 4pm - Sr. Fair Entries in Art Hall. All Departments accepted. ALL entries MUST be in place by 4 pm

4pm - Art Hall Entries Judged - Art Hall Closed

7pm - Jr Fair Royalty Contests - Baileys Concession Show Arena

Monday Sept. 14th 2026
Veterans with ID FREE Fair Admission from 10am-2pm

9am - Official Opening of 2026 Hocking County Fair

1pm - Grange Booths Judged - Art Hall

5pm - Bake Sale Auction - Eagles Shelter House

Wednesday Sept 16th 2026
Hocking Hills Banking Center / Saltcreek Banking Center
Day at the Fair

9am - 11am Sensory Friendly Hours at the Fair

9am - A Day in The Ring - Baileys Concession Show Arena

2pm - Registration Opens for Motto Cross - Grandstand

6pm - Practice Begins for Fast Tract Motto Cross - Grandstand

Thursday Sept. 17th 2026
Senior Day At The Fair - Sponsored by Scenic Hills Senior Center All Senior Citizens age 50 and over Free Fair Admission with ID 10am - 2pm

4pm - Sale Cards For All Large and Small Animals (Except Beef) Due in Office

Friday Sept. 18th 2026
Chief Logan FFA Day at The Fair ages 18 or younger Admitted Free 10am - 2 pm

7 am - Noon - Non-Market Rabbits, Poultry, & Goats Released

9am - Jr Fair Beef Sale Cards Must be Turned in to Fair Office

9 am - Youth Showmanship (5-8 yrs olds) - Baileys Concession Show Arena (Must Be Pre Registered do so in Fair office)

11 am - Senior Beef Show - Baileys Concession Show Arena

12 Noon - Children's Cake Decorating Contest - Eagles Shelter House

10pm to Midnight - Non - Market Beef Released

Saturday Sept. 19th 2026
Sam FM Radio Day at The Fair

7am - Noon - Swine and Sheep Released
1pm - 5pm - Election of Fair Directors - Fair Office Side Entrance
2pm - Kiddie Pedal Pull - Eagles Shelter House
8pm - 10pm - Displays, Entries & Booths Released From Art Hall ( another time for pick up and or clean out will be Monday Sept. 21st 4-6 Art Hall will be open)

OOPS MISPRINT IN FAIR BOOK on our behalf the 8000 Work Stock Diesel Trucks #11 the OEM fuel tank should have been deleted out of book . Please share and disregard that rule on that class !
