What if Special Occasions had another space?

A space that’s a little bigger than our Sunroom, but not quite as large as our Ballroom.

Something beautiful for showers, tea parties, luncheons, smaller receptions and more.

You’ve got a friend in me!

Yesterday we celebrated Kaci & Robbie and their sweet baby boy with the cutest “It’s a Boy Story” baby shower! From Toy Story details, clouds, cow print, colorful balloons, and all the little touches throughout the room, this shower was truly one for the storybooks.

And the sweetest part of the story? Big brother Maddox is counting down the days until he gets to meet his baby brother! And just like the story says, “You’ve got a friend in me.” We already know these two boys are going to share a bond full of adventure, laughter, and memories.

Kaci & Robbie, thank you for letting us be part of such a special chapter in your growing family. We wish you all the love and happiness as you get ready to welcome Maverick !

💙💛 LOGAN HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1986 — 40TH REUNION 💛💙

What a night! We were honored to welcome the Logan High School Class of 1986 to Special Occasions Event Center for their 40th class reunion! 🐾✨

We loved bringing their Wildcat pride to life throughout the entire venue! Every space was thoughtfully designed around their Logan colors, school memories and the spirit of the Class of ’86.

✨ A statement blue and gold balloon installation framed the shimmer backdrop and Logan Wildcat logo, creating a beautiful photo backdrop.

✨ The stage was transformed with navy and gold draping, blue uplighting, gold shimmer, oversized illuminated “86” numbers and Wildcat-inspired details.

✨ A special display area showcased Logan memorabilia, trophies, letterman pieces, cap and gown, class signage and custom Wildcat décor.

✨ The dessert display was styled to coordinate beautifully with the reunion theme, with layered serving pieces, coordinating linens and an assortment of desserts that looked as good as they tasted.

✨ We also handled the catering and appetizers, creating a beautiful and plentiful spread for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

From the décor and food to the smallest details, we loved creating an atmosphere that felt personal, polished and truly worthy of 40 years of memories. 💙💛

There are few milestones as special as celebrating 50 years of marriage, and it was our honor to help celebrate Bucky & Teressa’s Golden Anniversary at Special Occasions Event Center. 💛

From the elegant black and gold décor to the warm candlelight, every detail came together to create a timeless evening worthy of an incredible love story.

One of the evening’s most meaningful highlights was the beautiful cake—a stunning replica of their original wedding cake, expertly crafted by Dana’s Sweet Selection Bakery. It was the perfect tribute to the day their journey together began 50 years ago. 🎂✨

From a beautifully decorated ceremony to a reception filled with timeless elegance, it was an honor to bring Mollie & Hayden Farley’s wedding vision to life! 🤍

We transformed their church with a romantic aisle lined with glowing lanterns, lush blue and white florals, and a breathtaking ceremony backdrop. After they said “I do,” the celebration continued at Special Occasions Event Center, where guests were welcomed into a reception featuring classic blue toile linens, elegant floral centerpieces, and a stunning wedding cake display that perfectly tied everything together.

We love taking the stress off our couples by decorating off-site ceremony locations and having their reception beautifully prepared and waiting when they arrive. One seamless, unforgettable day from start to finish. 💙
