Here are my Spring/Summer Loving Occasions Cards, for weddings birthdays, and anniversaries, as well as "Get well soon!" or "Thinking of you!" greeting cards!

Each type of card (size 5x7) is still currently in stock, and I am selling them (with complimentary envelopes to fit each card) for just $3/card!

Come and get them while supplies last, because this kind of card is unique - a gift that keeps on giving, because with no writing on the front of it, you can write your special message inside, and when it's closed up, it can be a framed home decor art piece that they will enjoy FAR LONGER than people enjoy a typical card!!

17 September 2024: I can say emphatically that today has been quite a packed and interesting day (and it's not over yet)!

My earthly dad turned 72, the United States Constitution turned 237, the sunset tonight will usher in the full moon according to the Hebrew Calendar, and the first snow of the season (yes...SNOW) fell just a mere 10 miles from my house on the upper flanks of the nearby mountains, while rain pelted my town out here for most of last night and today! Stunning!! And it's not even officially fall yet!!

Overnight we got a massive increase in the number of leaves changing color all over the place! Bushes and tree branches that were a deep summer green just yesterday afternoon are now red, orange, and yellow as of 7:33 AM this morning!

I was meditating with a YouTube video that has visual effects and many hours of calming nature and peaceful environment sounds, and I took the idea of the video and ran with it, as I always do when I get inspired! Today was the first time ever that I challenged myself (and succeeded) into depicting the intricate raindrops on the window of house! I am blessed to see it has turned out amazing after the long time I spent on it! This was VERY DIFFICULT TO DO, and yet with God's help I made it happen!!

Here is my Sketch of the Day for today shown side by side with a screenshot of the video that inspired me to draw it! I created my own unique art based on some of the core elements in the video.

My evening photoshoot! Sunrises and also (in this case) sunsets just never get old anywhere you are, but especially in the glorious mountains of Northern Utah!

Never a dull moment!

Now that the sun has set, the next sunrise is assured and will be equally glorious in its own way! Each day that passes brings me closer to the Second Coming, many great spiritual milestones, and my new trucking job set to start next week, where I will be carrying reefers (refrigerated trailers) full of lovely Idaho potatoes and cheese across the country from Central Idaho to Chicago and a few cities around it. It is a brand-new horizon for me, and I know without a doubt that this milestone is God-ordained!

So many times, while I was in school, I got discouraged and nearly gave up, but here I am, with a valid and fresh CDL-A and will be employed shortly with a great trucking company that will help me gain the experience and income to spearhead all of my other dreams, and ultimately to fulfill my destiny!

I wrote a poem to go along with one of my shots from this evening's photoshoot session (Title of the Photo = Abide in Us)

As the evening light fades

'Mid deep forest glades,

The Rockies stand tall,

Awaiting the arrival of Fall.

All is calm and still,

'Neath smoky crag and hill.

Families gather as one,

When the day is done.

Children play in what's left of the light,

While parents rejoice - taking in the sight!

Couples hold hands,

And rejoice in these lands!

Darker, still darker it becomes,

And we hear the distant drums.

War is only for a season.

God only knows the reason!

Fear not, loving flock!

Zion views her prophetic clock,

With joy renewed and hymns employed,

For the Shepherd's Hand have angels deployed!

Our hope cannot be thrown down,

By that old clown!

He truly seeks our demise,

But with Christ we are wise!

Be still, o souls of mankind,

For joy you're about to find!

Rejoice in harmony divine,

While world peace is on the line!
