Please join us in welcoming Fred Fields to Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club as our new Director of Donor Engagement! Fred brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience in fundraising, strategic planning, operations, and organizational growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Administration at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS), where he played a key role in helping the organization grow its annual revenue from approximately $500,000 to more than $20 million. Throughout his career, Fred has built strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners, with previous leadership experience at United Way of New York City and Taproot Foundation. In his new role, Fred will lead the Club’s donor engagement efforts, strengthening relationships with the generous individuals and partners who make our mission possible while helping to build support for the Club’s future. “We are thrilled to welcome Fred to our team,” said Executive Director Melissa Rhodes. “His extensive fundraising experience, strategic perspective, and commitment to relationship-building will be tremendous assets as we continue to grow our impact and create opportunities for more than 1,400 young people in our community each year.” Welcome to the Club, Fred!
