For Virgo season, we paired a house-made toasted sesame & honey syrup with espresso and milk, then topped it with a soft chamomile sweet cream cloud cream.

Toasted sesame brings the earthy, quietly complex character of Virgo, while golden honey and chamomile capture the softness of late summer…the season of tending, gathering, and noticing the little things.

Nutty, floral, creamy, subtly sweet, and beautifully balanced.
