Thank you to the city and to our many sponsors who literally make this happen. This year, along with on sound and .jpg snappin’ those 🔥 shots, we were able to hire as our content creator and manager. We have the best little staff of local baddies and we are so so grateful.

TOMORROW NIGHT!! The legendary and his talented band will be performing on the square…for FREE y’all! And to make the pot even sweeter for ya’….we have some super talented Clear Fork Elementary students opening things up!

7-8pm: 𝗖𝗙𝗘 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 “𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀” (directed by Santiago Ocho) followed by 𝗖𝗙𝗘 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 (directed by Beverly Thompson)

We have another local LISD super group opening up Courthouse Nights this Friday! CFE’s 𝐃𝐑𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 directed by music teacher Mr. Santiago Ochoa is going to be bringing down the beats before takes the stage. This after school club is comprised of 1st-5th graders and will be performing songs written by Ochoa.

They’re so cute! They’re so talented! Come support the future of LISD showstoppers!

SHINYRIBS is a melting pot of Texas blues, New Orleans R&B-funk and horn-driven Memphis soul. Shinyribs is an Austin-based supergroup led by Kevin Russell, the charismatic frontman with colorful suits and extravagant shoes who continuously swaps out an electric guitar for a ukulele and never falls short of creating a cinematic experience. Up first in Lockhart’s most beloved community concert series, we have a supergroup as big and bright as the Lone Star State! Their talent is unhinged and we cannot believe we’ll have them grace the CN stage!!! ✨

𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐬 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧 hail from the DFW & Austin areas. They have played as the backing band for such legends as George Strait, the late Kris Kristofferson and Joe Ely to younger legends like Leon Bridges and Shaky Graves and most recently have been backing Ryan Bingham on his 2026 record and tour!

The Austin America Statesman calls their sound, “a broad range of American musical styles, from country and folk to R&B and soul to old-school rock & roll, creating a sound that feels deeply rooted in the past yet freshly contemporary in spirit.”

We like to call their sound cosmic Texas boogie meets psychedelic rock 💥💫🎸

Whatever you wanna call it, we can all agree…it’s gonna get you groovin’ in your boots!!! What a way to kick off this 6th season! 🎉
