Mark your calendars The Fall Craft Supply Swap is happening Sat, Oct 10 at Park County Fairgrounds in Livingston — two months away and counting!

Here's the gist: bring supplies you're not using, take home whatever new-to-you treasures catch your eye — all free. It's a treasure hunt for crafty people, and everyone leaves a winner.

We'd love your help making it happen! We're looking for volunteers to collect, sort, and set up before the big day — link in bio to sign up.

Drop-off spots will be popping up in Big Timber, Bozeman, Emigrant, Gardiner, Clyde Park & Livingston. Exact locations and times are still coming together, so keep an eye on our page for details soon!

Mark your calendars. The Fall Craft Supply Swap is happening Sat, Oct 10 at Park County Fairgrounds — two months away and counting! Swipe to see what it’s all about, how to volunteer, and more (drop-off spots + all the details coming soon, so follow along).

Picture this: all the glitter, yarn, buttons, and half-used paint sets sitting in your closet, finally going to someone who’ll actually love them. That’s the swap! Bring your extras, take home someone else’s — all free, no strings attached. It’s basically a treasure hunt for crafty people.

We can’t sort, set up, and run the swap without our people. If you’ve got a couple hours to give before or on Oct 10, we’d love to have you — sign up link is in our bio!

We’re setting up drop-off spots across the valley so getting your donations to us is easy no matter where you live. Exact locations and times are being finalized — keep an eye on our page, details coming soon!

WOW! We are SO grateful for the 28 donors who gave $3,950 during the July Give-A-Hoot fundraising Campaign. Because of generous supporters like you, we raised funding and awareness for Creative Reuse Montana - thank you! The funds will be used for upcoming craft supply swaps and to provide art and education supplies for our community. We can’t wait to see how many more people will find connection with each other and have the opportunity to create through these supplies! Thank You 💖💖💖

The numbers don't lie—your support turns into supplies, classrooms, and community. In Fall 2025 alone, we moved over 4,100 pounds of donated craft supplies to 224+ people at our Swap and 936 pounds through our shop doors, backed by dozens of volunteers. In 2026, we're already at 7,993 pounds donated and counting. That’s 13,055 pounds of creative supplies diverted from the waste stream and available to our community.

SMALL NEWS!! 🤏 A tiny, summer swapportunity is coming soon!!!
This one’s for the fairy village enthusiasts and makers.
Monday, June 15, 3:30-5:30pm, at Creative Reuse Montana, 129 S. Main St., Livingston

HOW IT WORKS
- Bring supplies, if you have them. If you need to drop off or shop supplies outside of the swap, donate them during Creative Reuse Montana shop hours or events.
- “Shop” from supplies that others have brought supplies (all swap supplies are free!)
- Meet the humans behind the fairy village
- Open to all. You do not have to bring supplies to participate in the Swap. You do not have to be a fairy village makers to participate in the swap, though we are specifically trying to support the village makers so the fairies have a comfortable stopover in Livingston. 

Bring clean, new or gently used craft supplies donations including:
- Your smallest, fairy-sized supplies. The average fairy measures just 3 inches (7.5 cm) tall.
- Natural materials: rocks, stones, bark, sticks, moss, crystals, or anything that could look and feel natural
- Materials that could be used in creating miniature things like fabrics, popsicle sticks, etc.
- Fairy Village leftovers from previous projects - any condition.

Note: The fairy structures will likely be exposed to a sprinkle of rain, wind, and poking. Look at the previous installations on the Wishberry Hollow website to get an idea of materials used in the past. 

Wishberry Hollow will be open at Myers’ River View Trail, August 1-15, 2026! 🙌

This is a full circle moment for us at the Craft Supply Swap - Livingston, MT and creativereusemontana. Last summer we began to wonder if we could create a space where supplies could be available between events and 4 months later in November we opened that creation, Creative Reuse Montana! We are in the same space where we held last year’s mini fairy village swaps!! We are so excited to welcome Fairy Village makers to our human-sized space.

We have a mini swap treat for you on Sunday, May 31!! Beads + Jewelry and Tiny Cute Things Mini swap is finally here!!

THINK: the cutest, tiniest, shiniest things you've ever seen that make you want to make things 💖

We have some very special co-hosts:
Josie Parry from Cowgirls Hands and Bozeman Fashion Week. She is also an instructor at Studio Wheelhouse.
Roberta McCabe Connelly from the Craft Supply Swap and Community Shop! She makes glass-fused beads for Beads of Courage and continually reveals new skills and knowledge with us!!

HOW IT WORKS ✅
- Bring your donations on Swap Day 1-2pm OR drop them off early now through Saturday to Studio Wheelhouse in Bozeman or Creative Reuse Montana in Livingston - during open studio or shop hours is great!
- Our volunteers will arrange the donations so you can “shop” from what other people have donated
- Swap Day shopping happens 2-3pm for anyone who donated supplies and is open 3-4pm to everyone!! You do not have donate items to participate!
- Go home with new-to-you treasures and get to crafting!!

Please do not bring: dirty or broken items, anything moldy or smelly, super heavy items, items NOT in usable & sanitary condition, hazardous materials. Please be sure to: pack sharps in a labeled, hard-sided container, bring items in containers we can keep

All swap items are free. Open to all!

Fabric/Sewing Mini Craft Supply Swap is this weekend!! 🪡🧵 Saturday, May 2 - everything happens 1-4pm at 129 S. Main St. in Livingston. Bring supplies to share 1-2pm, early entry for donors 2:15-3pm, open to everyone 3-4!! You do not need to bring supplies to participate. Swap items are free!! - Fiber/YARN!!! - Saturday, April 18
- Fabric, Sewing, Needlepoint, etc. - Saturday, May 2
- Artist Mediums and Paper Crafts - Saturday, May 16
- Beads and Jewelry + Tiny Cute Things - Sunday, May 31
- Teachers - Wednesday, June 10

Swap Schedule: 1-4pm
Donate Items: 1-2pm
Early entry for those who donate items: 2:15-3pm
Open to the public: 3-4pm

What is this?!
- Swap items are free.
- You do not have to bring supplies to participate in the Swap. Swappers do get to shop first.
- Please join us in the spirit of this event: to get materials into the hands of people who will use them, saving money and waste - no stashing.
- Items remaining after the swap will be redistributed through Creative Reuse Montana! We work hard to find a new home for every last supply. Some of the items may supply our community shop or be shared with local programs.
