One of my favorite glass blowing moves is the double foot hook so you can see to the end of your piece. This helps brace your body so you can put pressure from your hand while reached away from your body. I only do this on my vases and pitchers…it’s by far my favorite move though. This vase was a real wrist wrecker though. I blow glass solo so all my transfer are done solo which is really really taxing on my right wrist. I’m super pumped to see this big boy vase tomorrow when it’s out of the annealer.
