Candy Cult Burlesque presents: "GLAM SLAM" Drag vs. Burlesque is hosting a DRAG vs. BURLESQUE show on Saturday May 16th 2026 at Sharkey's Bar and Grill (downstairs) in Liverpool NY! One stage. Two art forms. And only one performer will take the crown. And it's decided by the audience!

VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENT: Jp images
JP Images was born in Toledo, Ohio.
He has lived and developed as an art student and artist in CNY/Syracuse area for the past 30+ years.
His formal education background includes the study of fine arts, photography and illustration at Onondaga Community College and a brief stint at Syracuse University.
Among his later accomplishments (post art school) includes the successful submission of two poster designs to the Syracuse Poster Project, artwork on display at the annual Syracuse Retro Game Con (CNY premiere video game convention), promotional graphic design and illustration work for horror themed film festivals at the Palace Theatre, a numerous unjuried art shows at the Gear Factory venue, and an illustrated contribution to the Sharon Owen mayoral campaign (who later successfully became the first African-American elected as mayor of Syracuse).
JP Images artwork artistic style is heavily influenced by comic book art/graphic novel illustration, fellow local artists (particularly members of the tattoo community) the horror genre, the surrealist art movement, pin-up art, and the full spectrum of popular music (jazz, alternative rock, avant garde, funk, R n’B, hip-hop, etc.)
