Starting at age 18 months with Toddler Tunes and PreK music classes, I have something for everyone! Welcome to my studio! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a musician, music educator, creative and innovator. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. While at university I poured myself into piano performance, studying under Dr. Janet Landreth. After completi

ng my Music Therapy Internship in Albany, NY, where I worked with special needs children, I attended Covenant Theological Seminary. Foothills Music Teachers Association brought in one of my piano composer heroes this past weekend-Dennis Alexander. I grew up playing his music and used several of his books for gig music through the years. Students played his pieces in recitals, got their music autographed, and had time to take pictures with him.

I am so proud of my students for working incredibly hard on their Romantic Era pieces! Their effort and love for the music paid off and they had the privilege of performing in the Winners Recital for the Romantic Series Competition, hosted by Columbine Music Teachers Association.
