Every choreography has only between 3 to 4 steps and they all integrated amazing fitness moves. This is not your traditional dance class, this is a super fun workout. Pachanga Fitness follows a very unique teaching style which incorporates high intense prolong (45 minutes non stop) rhythms mixing them in a progressive way to assure an amazing workout. We take your heart rate up for at least 45 minutes and then we take down slowing for maximum calories burned.
