I love my early mornings… It gives me a lot of time to think. This last year has been such a learning experience for me. Can I admit There are some days where I want to conquer the world and do everything myself… I spent 16 hours in the kitchen, baking my heart out and then the next day I’m like nope you can get a hold of this person. They can do a lot better job than I can lol! That’s where I have learned to love the assortment of bakers that are in the area… Some I have personally worked with some I follow and am very much inspired by! I can’t do everything… And it’s a good thing I can’t!

Here r some of the girls I’ve been sending u all to…stop over n like n follow their pages!!! Macs by Ceci and Something Sweet do amazing with macaroons…Lillian's Heaven Sent Sweets LLC, est.2023 and The Blissful Table is who I’ve been sending everybody to for decorating cookies and fancy cake pops…Annie in the House i’ve been sending people to her for sourdough… I get a lot of people asking for that in the shed and definitely don’t have time to babysit a starter lol! I’ve been sending cakes over to Cupcakes by Jenn and The Wicked Whisk…milled flour goodies u def have to check out Bakery Kneads LLC…and def check out the new bakery that opened 𝕿𝖍𝖊 𝕭𝖆𝕶𝖊𝖗𝖘 𝕮𝖆𝖚𝖑𝖉𝖗𝖔𝖓( I can’t wait to try some of those cookies). I’m sure I’m missing a few off the top of my head… But I love that we can support each other!

Just some of my thoughts this morning as I’m rolling cinnamon rolls and baking pumpkin rolls… I will start stocking the shed around lunchtime!
