I am so happy- and quite surprised- I finished this one in time to get it printed before Arkansas Comic Cons this weekend! This is one of my favorite video game moments, and it was actually quite fun to work on the giraffe! Prints available, message me for more information!

Introducing the newest size to our lineup- the mini! We noticed a lot of teacup humans interested in our figures and wanted to add something to cater more to their price range. Who do you want to see added to the mini collection?

“It learned to shine in the dark, not because it wanted to, but because it had to.”
I’m having a lot of fun playing with watercolors again! It’s really interesting layering up the metallic paints to get different effects- one day I’ll figure out how to get my camera to pick up the colors better! I wanted the sabertooth to have a warm, lively feel against the cool, darkening background while maintaining a mysterious feeling.

It’s been years since I’ve dipped back into watercolor, and this piece felt like rediscovering an old part of myself. Watching it come together was such a joy!
In high school I painted a whole series of fantasy tigers, so revisiting that world felt a little like coming home.

Congratulations to Golden Tempo winning the Belmont!

“Here’s Golden Tempo! Golden Tempo and Cherie DeVaux make history in the 152 Kentucky Derby!”
What a race! I knew I had to draw this adorable horse after that run! Golden Tempo seems like such a sweetheart in his photos, I tried to capture that by giving him a kind eye and a small blep.
What’s your favorite Derby memory?
