Full list of national COVID-19 guidelines:
If you feel sick, stay home, don't work.
If your children are sick, keep them home, no school.
If someone in your household tests positive for coronavirus, keep everyone home.
If you are more at-risk, stay home and away from others.
If you have a serious underlying health condition that puts you at increased risk (for example, a condition that impairs your lung or heart function or weakens your immune system), stay home and away from others.
If you are young, or otherwise healthy, you are still at risk and your activities can increase risks for others. It is critical that you do your part to stop the spread of the coronavirus:
Work or engage in schooling from home whenever possible.
If you work in a critical industry, such as healthcare and pharmaceutical or food supply, you have a special responsibility to maintain normal work schedules. Please follow CDC guidance to protect your health at work.
Avoid social gatherings of more than 10 people.
Avoid eating or drinking out, use drive-thru, pickup or delivery options instead.
Avoid discretionary travel, shopping and social visits.
Do not visit nursing or retirement homes or long-term care facilities unless providing critical assistance.
Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands, especially after touching any frequently used item or surface.
Avoid touching your face.
Sneeze or cough into a tissue or inside of your elbow.
Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible.
