Calling for Sponsors!

We are looking for sponsors for our Centennial Celebration Event happening on October 10th.

We plan to have vendors, a car show, music, and two movies for the event! A celebration lasting all day and night.

We are planning to make it a free movie night, it is also free for vendors to set up as well as free to enter the car show! We want to make this night as special and inexpensive as we can, all we want is the community to come together and enjoy this amazing experience, showing pride for Rt 66!

With that being said we will still have to pay our expenses such as payroll, movie rights, movie booking, etc. We are reaching out to businesses in the area to see if they would like to help sponsor the night!

We are asking $50 to sponsor, which includes shoutouts on our social medias, your logos on our menu board, a yard sign, and verbal announcements all night!

We also encourage all sponsors to set up a table and/or provide handouts for the night as well!

It’ll be a great opportunity to come together as a community, do some networking, and support each other as local businesses!!
