I have been in contact with Jeff Brumbeau, the author of THE QUILTMAKER'S GIFT, the award winning book we portrayed in dance. This is what he wrote after seeing the DVD of our performance:

"Wow. I've just watched the cd and it was really fantastic. I've never gotten this close to dance before and I was able to appreciate for the first time the range of creativity that goes into a production of this caliber. The different moods and feelings you bring to the stage and inspire in the viewer; I can only think it is incredibly hard and incredibly satisfying. And I love the experiences you provide the seasoned as well as the young ones starting out. By the way I didn't see a credit for costumes (unless Casey did that as well), but that contribution deserves accolades. I found myself looking to see what the dancers would be wearing next. I still can't believe there were only two performances, considering all the work.

Thank you Ann for this great gift. I know I'm going to carry it with me for a long time."
