How to start a dance studio without burning out 👇🏾

When my sister and I opened our studio l- we thought being a great dance teacher would@be enough. It wasn’t.

Here’s what we learned the hard way:
•Teaching skills DOES NOT equal business skill
•Monthly membership creates stability (get rid of those whose cards keep declining month over month- you are running a business not a pay as you please.
•Systems matter more than passion

Burnout doesn’t come from lack of love-it comes from@lack of structure.
