The Legend of Sleepy Hollow returns and brought to you in partnership with the Lindsborg Old Mill & Swedish Heritage Museum.

This spooky season show is directed by Robin Dutton! So bring your best scary voice and join us for auditions on Sunday Aug 23rd from 3-5p or Monday Aug 24th from 6-8p.

If neither works, just let us know and we can schedule a time with the director. Rehearsals will start in September with the shows being the weekends of October 16th and 23rd.

It was overheard last night that it is so much fun to watch the legacy of RFD being passed down to younger generations. That is exactly what Broadway RFD is all about. Broadway RFD first presented Oklahoma in 1960 and we were honored to have the original Ado Annie (Connie 'Lamascus' McCue) in the Crowd last night.

The first photo is of the two Ado Annies (Courtney Weesner & Connie) and the second is of the 3 'generations' of Oklahoma. Eric Lundstrom played Jud in 2002 and reprising that role this year.

Then we have the program shots from the 2002 performance. How many people (both cast and pit) do you see again in this year's performance?

And lastly, we have the 1960 program cast list.

It is truly heartwarming to see the generations of theater lovers in this community. You have one more opportunity to see the show TONIGHT! Tickets are still available at the gate. And don't forget we are part of the Sunflower Summer Program. Gates open at 7:30pm. Come celebrate our final show with us!

Let us all tip our hats to our director, Angela Dolezal. This is her first time directing for RFD, though she definitely no stranger to all things Broadway RFD. For over a decade she has been involved as a choreographer, board member and even at times she has added her talents on stage.

She brought her family along for this journey. Her husband Ben was the set designer bringing the stage to life. And their daughters, Lauren and Erin, lent their talents as choreographer and dancer/content creator respectively.

We are so very grateful for the work it took to bring her vision together and to get us all on the same page. Angela has made the summer so enjoyable that it’s hard to believe that it comes to an end tonight.

Angela, thank you for all you have done and we sure hope this isn’t the last show you direct.
