Constructive criticism isn't the enemy, fear of giving it is.

The best dance teachers don't just celebrate progress. They correct, challenge, and push dancers to be better. If teachers are afraid to be honest because of potential parent backlash, it's the dancers who miss out.

Agree or disagree?👇

Why are the hard conversations in dance the ones we avoid talking about? The pressure, the politics, the burnout, the money, the favoritism, the toxic environments… these things exist. So why are we so uncomfortable having honest conversations about them? 🎙️👀

Dancers, listen up!! 👀 Balancing your turns is key. Here’s why wearing one Turner holds you back! Let’s face it, many dancers wear one Turner and think it’s a stylistic choice. But the truth is, it can restrict your growth as a dancer! When you only practice turning on one side, you’re limiting your potential without even realizing it. Imagine trying to excel while holding back half of your strength, it's like running with one shoe! The reality is, great dancers master both sides to enhance their technique and versatility, but it also creates better body awareness on your strong side! 😱 So wearing just one turner could mean you’re not reaching your highest potential! If you want to break through your dance barriers, start practicing those turns on both sides.... EQUALLY! Like this video if you agree and drop a comment on your thoughts, let’s grow together! 👇
