Welcome Summer 2026!

Our summer theatre Workshop returns again this year running 6 weeks from June 29 through August 7, 2026 for the still low cost of $500 per student (Schlorships available!!).

Throughout the summer, students have fun learning how to put on a show through interactive lessons and rehearsals; from singing and dancing to sets and costumes they do it all led by our experienced staff.

If your child is more behind-the-scenes than in-the-spotlight, we offer them chances to learn hands on how to run lights, stage manage, and more.

🎭 **CALL FOR COMMUNITY THEATRE CREATIVES** 🎶

Mystic Vision Players is inviting applicants for the positions of Choreographer and Music Director for our Summer 2026 production of Seussical in Linden, NJ!

Directed by Howard Whitmore, this colorful and energetic show will bring the world of Dr. Seuss to life, and we’re looking for collaborative, creative theatre artists who love working in **community theatre**.

📅 Production Timeline
• Auditions: First week of May (typically)
• Rehearsals: Monday–Thursday evenings, 6–10 PM
• No weekend rehearsals
• No holiday rehearsals

Heartbreaking news in Linden
Linden Public Schools

💔 A Devastating Tragedy – Please Help Obi’s Family 💔

Our community is heartbroken. Obi, a bright and gifted young man, was found drowned in a pool after being underwater for 20–30 minutes. Though he survived, he is now in a vegetative state.

Obi’s dreams were just beginning—he was pursuing Music Education at William Paterson University and dreamed of one day playing at Carnegie Hall. His life, filled with so much talent and promise, has been tragically altered in an instant.

His family is facing unimaginable pain and overwhelming challenges. In this time of devastation, they need our prayers, compassion, and support.

Due to the current and expected weather situation and the state of emergency in New Jersey, we’ve made the very difficult decision to cancel tonight’s performance of Into The Woods JR.

The safety of our cast, families, and patrons is our top priority, and we believe this is the most responsible course of action given the circumstances. I will not put anyone at risk for a show.

Tickets purchased for tonight will be honored at tomorrow night’s performance. If you are unable to attend tomorrow, we are happy to offer a refund—just reach out and let us know.
