We are proud to announce that the Rockit Live Foundation awarded scholarships valued over $7,500 to 7 talented Rockit Academy musicians during our 8-week spring session! 🎸🎹

The Rockit Live Foundation is built on a simple belief: every young artist should have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of music. These scholarships recognize serious-minded students who consistently go above and beyond—demonstrating a strong work ethic, participating in community service, and always lifting up their peers through teamwork.

Through the incredible generosity of our donors, grants, mission partners, sponsors, and community fundraisers, we are able to fund these opportunities annually. From private lessons and session fees to providing instruments, we are committed to removing financial barriers to quality music education.

Hard work pays off! 🌟 Six fantastic students from Red Bank Middle School’s “LIVE TO ROCK” program showed so much growth at Rockit Academy’s recent “East Coast Meets West Coast” spring concert, delivering a wonderful performance of “Welcome to New York”, a song they chose for their performance.🗽🎤

Marking only their fourth public appearance, the growth and confidence this ensemble showed since debuting just a year ago was unreal. Plus, this show featured an amazing milestone: debuting a student drummer and two keyboardists who learned to play their instruments alongside a live, working band! 🥁🎹

This unforgettable night highlighted the power of Rockit Academy’s unique mentorship model. A massive shoutout to Rockit instructor Brittany Fontaine and student mentors Luke Ireland, Emersyn Freund, and Max Samuels for coaching these rising stars all year long. 🙌

“The Rockit difference is our commitment to the student,” says executive director Bruce Gallipani. “As a non-profit, we are designed intentionally to benefit the student, not a profit margin.” ❤️

Fully funded by the Rockit Live Foundation, the LIVE TO ROCK initiative returned to Red Bank Middle School to completely remove financial barriers to music education. Open to ALL students regardless of experience, this weekly after-school program focuses on technical skills, music history, and building unstoppable confidence on professional stages.

East Coast met West Coast yesterday at , and our musicians absolutely crushed it! 🎸 Massive congratulations to everyone who took the stage.

🎓 Honoring Our Graduates: A special, bittersweet shoutout to our five graduating seniors: Ari, Madison, Emersyn, Aiden, and Sophia. We are so incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see where your music takes you next!

🌟 Rising Star Spotlight: Huge props to our 6 LIVE TO ROCK Red Bank Middle School students! Stepping out for their fourth performance, their growth and confidence were on full display. Their rendition of “Welcome to New York” completely stole our hearts. 🗽✨ Way to go, rockstars! (And a huge thank you to their amazing instructor, .fontaine !)
