Artist highlight “Margaret Hood”

Margaret Martin Hood has been painting since childhood. She started getting serious about it in high school, she then went on to Pensacola Christian College and Youngstown State University studying fine art, graphics, interior design and Art Education. Margaret also has art lessons available in my Sweet Chickadee Design Studio. All abilities welcome!

I would like to thank all the artist who will be apart of the show and all the support I’ve received from Joanna and The Arts Council, Mona Ramsey for helping me with advertising, Robert and Jenna Webb for giving me advice on the show.

I would like to thank Stacy Pilkington for teaching me art skills, that have helped to develop my passion and given me the inspiration to pursue my love of art.

Lastly, I would like to thank my parents, both creatives in their own way, for supporting me as I follow my passions and pursuing them with me.
