Seriously tho. BLIXT ARTS LAB is alive and tickin' and pickin' and puntin' (not Putin) and gruntin' (not scootin' or buntin')!🥳🤩🥸

We are THRILLED to participate in the Uni Place Creative District Makers' Market with IT'S ALIVE: A Gentle Experience for Weirdos this Friday, September 18th from 6 PM to 9 PM.

Come as you are. Meet fellow weirdo Brad Boesen (who may or may not be dressed as skinny Shrek.)🧅💚

There will be some color and adventure and performance art. But do you know what there won't be? An admission fee!💜💜💜

Seriously. You're our missing piece. Come stick your head in or stay awhile.

The time has come! Behold the official 2026-2027 Season here at BLIXT ARTS LAB!

• “Hot Rods” by Becky Boesen: October 9th - 11th, 2026

• “Van Gogh’s Sunflowers” by Charles L. Mee: April 23rd - 25th, 2027

Auditions for “Hot Rods” will be August 29th and 30th, from 10 AM - 2 PM at the Blixt Storefront Theater. Rehearsals will take place during weekdays in September! This production is looking for actors!

Further information about “Van Gogh’s Sunflowers” will be released during the summer, stay tuned! This production is looking for a director, stage manager, designers, and actors!

Our first night market of the season is TOMORROW! Here’s some things to know before you go!

Free parking is available in the lots at 48th & Baldwin, and throughout the Uni Place Creative District area. We’ll also have free water stations and public bathrooms available at Mo Java Cafe & Roasting Co., Copper & Wax Co., Archway Studios, and Create48!

Come spend your Friday night at the Uni Place Creative District from 6-10 exploring local makers, art, handmade goods, sweet treats, and more!

We can’t wait to see you!🛍️🎶
