When requesting custom art or work, I will no longer be able to start your work without having you sign a contract first. The contract details the expected time of delivery, the payment amount agreed on, the work that is agreed to, extra pricing for changes in revisions to the work requested by you, and any other important information regarding the agreement. I will also be asking for half of the
agreed payment amount up front before starting the work and the other half when the work is completed. Unfortunately, I have been taken advantage of twice now trying to complete work for clients and this is to protect myself and the client and make sure things are clear for both parties entering the agreement. I'm very frustrated with having completed or worked on projects only to not be paid, have incredibly demanding clients changing the agreement mid project, or bullying me bc they don't want to stick to the agreement.
