what sick son of a nutcracker wants this place to be a movie theatre!!?? I mean I am all down for having carlos drop the pants for a good show...but I just feel like these pants really don't have any reclining features or ultra screens so...yea, better stick to just the arts and entertainment...or perhaps a new career on 'O' Street with Avi......
