“Meet The Staff” continues today
HOPE DUFFEY (Instructor)
Hope has been part of the studio family for most of her life! She took her first dance class here at just four years old and went on to dance with the studio’s competition team as well as the LCHS Railette Dance Team. At 15, she began assisting Audra and Brande and continued until graduating from high school.
After some time away, Hope found her way back to the studio and has now been teaching for 10 years. She loves getting to share a place that was such a big part of her own childhood with a new generation of dancers. Even more special, her daughter, Avery, has now been dancing at the studio for four years, making dance a true family tradition.
Outside of the studio, Hope has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University and works as a Client Services Manager at Afni, where she has been for 15 years. She also teaches group fitness classes through the Lincoln Park District. When she isn’t working or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and Avery.
