Every second is a new beginning.

I am so grateful for the positive reaction and reception to my mural at DAS HAUS Lincoln. With them closing their doors, the owner is going to try to move the mural.

If nothing else, I still have the original sketch and can always recreate it.

The spirit of our community and the continuity of our present day and our q***r ancestors is still alive and strong. I'll see ya'll at the next one. 💜

I am pleased to say that the mural at DAS HAUS Lincoln is complete! A huge thank you for this opportunity, I am verklempt to have a creative contribution become a part of the tapestry of the Lincoln q***r community.

This would not have happened without Bryan, who has been a wonderful patron to work with creatively.

Current status:

Mostly detail work left.

Ive been really appreciating the reception this work has had with patrons of the venue I was commissioned by.

Folks really seem to be responding to it, and I am so happy that it speaks to folks already, even not quite finished. The vision is already seen by so many. I am deeply honored to have been chosen for this mural in a space that means a lot to so many people in my community.

With any luck, it could come together as soon as this week. 💜
