LAFTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting traditional music and dance in Lincoln, NE. We have been in existence for almost 40 years and are funded by individual donations, membership fees, and by government organizations such as the Nebraska Arts Council. Our primary function is hosting an annual concert series from September - May with one concert per month; these shows generally feature out-of-town artists that Lincolnites would not otherwise have access to without traveling.
