Get ready to dance, jive, and have the time of your life—because our high school is bringing the hit musical Mamma Mia! to the stage! Join us for a fun-filled evening featuring the unforgettable music of ABBA, a heartwarming story about love and friendship, and an incredibly talented cast and crew.

Ready to Jump into the holiday season? Join LSE Theatre as we present A Christmas Carol by Michael Wilson.

This theatrical and spirited version of A CHRISTMAS CAROL puts the phantasmagoric qualities of Charles Dickens’ classic tale center stage. A swirling, dancing chorus of ghosts that weave through this uplifting holiday story of redemption, magic and hope.

Ahoy, mateys! SpongeBob the Musical is making a splash at Lincoln Southeast High School May 1st-4th. Join SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, and the whole Bikini Bottom crew in this undersea adventure. This show is perfect for audiences of all ages, with original, catchy songs by some of the biggest names in music. Welcome to Almost, Maine, a place that’s so far north, it’s almost not in the United States. It’s almost in Canada. And it’s not quite a town, because its residents never got around to getting organized. So it almost doesn’t exist. One cold, clear, winter night, as the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, the residents of Almost, Maine, find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night’s dream.

The New York Times says “ALMOST, MAINE is a series of nine amiably absurdist vignettes about love, with a touch of good-natured magic realism… A beautifully structured play, with nifty surprise endings (most but not all of them happy).”

Get ready for a bold reimagining of the Robin Hood legend like you've never seen it before. Join us for our lively and thought-provoking fall play: Marian, or the True Tale of Robin Hood. In this witty and subversive retelling, the classic tale of Robin Hood is turned on its head. Maid Marian takes center stage, leading Robin's band of outlaws with heart, humor, and bravery. But all is not as it seems—identity, love, and justice intertwine as secrets are revealed and heroes are unmasked.

Filled with thrilling swordplay, bows and arrows, sharp humor, and plenty of surprises, this refreshing take on the legendary outlaw explores themes of tolerance, power, and what it truly means to be a hero.

Performance dates are Thursday, October 3rd and Friday, October 4th at 7PM and Sunday, October 6th at 2 PM in the Jennifer L Dorsey Howley Performing Arts Center.
