Abraham Lincoln competed in wrestling matches for more than a decade of his youth and rarely lost. The National Wrestling Hall of Fame even inducted him as an ”Outstanding American” in the sport in ’92. Who knows, maybe his nickname ”Honest Abe” was in fact his wrestling moniker?
