We’re thrilled to highlight one student who has truly embodied this value. Please join us in celebrating Channing, whose reliability and dedication inspire everyone in the rehearsal room. Here’s what Channing's directors and castmates had to say:

At our first-ever Prescreen Bootcamp earlier this month, she showed exactly what it means to be a student leader—coming prepared, taking ownership of her own work, and then immediately looking for ways to help those around her. She handles what needs to get done without being asked and can always be counted on to step up when others need support.
